Shipping Policy

We ship UPS standard ground FREE of charge within the United States. Standard ground delivery takes 7 to 10 business days from when it leaves our distribution center. Orders placed after 2:00 pm Pacific time will be shipped the following day. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped the following Monday. For an additional fee, you may choose the following shipping methods:

  • UPS 3-Day $14.00
  • UPS 2-Day $20.00
  • UPS Next Day $45.00

Sales Tax

Orders are exempt from sales tax except those originating in California and New York.

Order Status

After your initial purchase, an email is sent to you confirming your order. A second e-mail will be sent when your order is shipped containing a tracking # for your convenience. If there is any delay in delivery, we will inform you via email. If you have any questions about shipping or need further assistance regarding the status of your order, you may email or phone 415-904-0690 ext-20. Inquiries submitted on Friday, will be returned the following Monday.

Return/Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your handbag, we will gladly accept a return and/or exchange of unused items within 14 days of receipt. A tag with return instructions is attached to each item we ship. This tag must remain attached to the item in order to assure proper credit to your account. Shipping charges are not refundable. Upon receipt of a returned item, we will issue a refund and notify you by email. In the very unlikely event that you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact us at or phone 415-904-0690 ext-20 to arrange the return and/or exchange of your item.
